All production crews and personnel must report to the Control Centre located on Austin Avenue at the Western End of Sydney Markets to obtain a media visitor pass. The pass must be worn at all times.

Once your application has been assessed, if accepted by Sydney Markets Limited, the Production Company contact will be notified and an invoice will be forwarded.

Film Industry Responsibilities & Obligations

The Production Company and its representatives must make every reasonable effort to accommodate the requirements of Sydney Markets Limited tenants and customers affected by the Production;
Every member of the Production Company (including security personnel) must be conversant with these requirements and abide by them during the Production;
The Production Company and its representatives must abide by any conditions stipulated in Sydney Markets Limited’s Approval;
The Production Company and its representatives must maintain normal access for motorists and pedestrians through the filming site at all times other than when filming actually takes place;
The Production Company and its representatives must remove all props, rigging or other materials associated with the Production, as well as any directional signs erected for filming purposes, upon completion of the Production;
The Production Company and its representatives must ensure the location is left in a clean and tidy condition (to the satisfaction of Sydney Markets Limited) upon completion of filming, or the Company will be required to reimburse Sydney Markets Limited for the full cost of any extraordinary cleaning;
The Production Company must reimburse Sydney Markets Limited for any damage caused to the site as a result of the Production;
The Production Company and its representatives must comply with any industry standards regarding professional and personal conduct at all times during the course of the Production.
All references to Sydney Markets or any of its Markets must be correctly worded - Sydney Markets (located in Flemington/Homebush West), Sydney Flower Market, Sydney Produce Market, Sydney Growers Market, Sydney’s Paddy’s Markets/ Paddy’s Market Flemington /Paddy’s Market Haymarket
Production personnel must wear hi-vis safety vests and follow any directions given by Sydney Markets Limited Operations Staff whilst on site.
Production personnel are advised to read and familiarise themselves with the Sydney Markets Limited Work SML Work Health and Safety Management Plan before coming onsite and must complete the online WHS induction https://www.sydneymarkets.com.au/safety-awareness/
